Quick Start Checklist

Get up and running with Merqury in minutes.

All new accounts start on the Free Plan. You can upgrade anytime from your dashboard.

1. Create Your Account

• Sign up at merqury.app

• Set your organisation name and basic profile details

2. Complete Onboarding

• Follow the onboarding steps in your dashboard to configure your workspace

3. Connect Your Sales Channels

• Free Plan includes: Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop

• Go to merqury.app → Integrations → Add Integration

• Sign in with your platform account to authorise access

4. Sync Your Orders

• Once connected, click Sync Orders to pull in your latest orders

• Navigate to the Orders page and confirm orders appear with the correct status, items, and customer details
