Fulfillment Overview

Go to /orders to view all your orders across connected platforms. From here you can manage fulfillment directly without switching between marketplaces.

Packing & Shipping

  • From the orders list, use Quick Actions to mark an order as packed or shipped

  • You can also open an individual order and perform the same actions from the order detail view

Printing AWB

  • For Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop, you can print the AWB directly from Merqury — the label is generated from the platform

  • For Shopify and WooCommerce, AWB printing is not currently supported as each store has its own logistics setup. We're working on something — stay tuned.

Customer Details

Some platforms hash or mask customer personal information (name, address, contact) for security reasons. This is controlled by the platform and not something Merqury can override.
