Order Syncing
Merqury is webhook-driven — platforms push order and status updates in real time as they happen. Each marketplace remains the source of truth; Merqury mirrors and organises the data for operational use.
This covers:
New orders created on the platform
Status changes (paid → packed → shipped → fulfilled)
Orders processed through Merqury's normalisation pipeline count toward your monthly order limit. Manual syncs are excluded from this count.
For more on how normalisation works, see Order Normalisation. For order limits by plan, see the Pricing page.
Manual Sync
If an order is missing or a status hasn't updated, click Sync Orders to trigger a manual pull. This fetches up to 100 recent orders within a 15–30 day window depending on the platform.
Manual syncs don't count toward your monthly order limit and won't duplicate or overwrite existing data.
Troubleshooting
If orders aren't syncing as expected:
Integration not connected — Go to Settings → Integrations to reconnect.
Token rejected by the platform — Re-authorise the integration to generate a new token.
Platform API issue — Temporary outage on the marketplace side. Usually resolves on its own.
For persistent issues, contact hello@merqury.asia with the platform name, store/seller ID, and approximate time of the issue.
